The company covers an area of 50000 square meters, including 19700 square meters of production workshops and supporting facilities. We have a total of production workshops: synthesis workshop, molecular distillation workshop, winterization refining workshop, and soft capsule production workshop. The supporting workshops include warehouses, boiler rooms, etc. We have established a research and development laboratory with advanced equipment such as gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometer, spectrophotometer, etc. We are equipped with an excellent domestic technology research and development team to develop a number of high-quality, green, safe and reliable marine health products. In 2023, we were recognized as a high-tech industry in Weihai through the high-tech enterprise certification. At the same time, the company has also obtained the SC production license, passed the quality ISO9001 and environmental ISO14001 system certifications, and obtained EU certification. We have introduced and installed more than 10 production lines, including synthesis, multi-stage molecular distillation, winterization refining, and imported soft capsules, with over 150 sets of production and supporting equipment. The entire process is enclosed for production and processing, and the production capacity has been revitalized and iterated. Our annual output of refined fish oil is over 3000 tons, and we produce 1.2 billion fish oil soft capsules.
